Generate MySQL Support Insert Statements from a SQL Server table

The following is a code sample of a stored procedure that will generate insert statements for given table.
This code is based on a stored procedure written by Narayana Vyas Kondreddi at http://vyaskn.tripod.com/code/generate_inserts.txt
The actual procedure generates insert statements which will support SQL Server only. But in our project we have a requirement to migrate entire data from SQL Server to MySQL database. While migrating I used this stored procedure and I have done some modifications to generate MySQL support insert statements.
